Threading Die Heads
HJK heat treated Lanco type die head are revolving type for the application to the hand oprerated semi-automatic threading machines. The die heads provide acurate & trouble free operation for long production runs. Constructed of specially-selected alloy steel (EN24 and EN48) the HJK die heads are recommended for threading uo to class 3 tolerance. They have wide range coverage, permit rapid setup, give trouble free operation, are easy to adjust and of sturdy construction. The initial investment in a heat treated HJK die head is relatively small, repairs are few and with use of HJK chasers, tool inventories and tool cost remians low. These are features that provided that provided the basis for economical threading operation with the HJK thread cutting die head as comparison to coventry type self opening die head. Features
